Collegium works. Faculty from Holy Cross-sponsored institutions who participate in Collegium rave about their experiences. Our senior leaders have heard from them that Collegium has been an impactful experience. Collegium-alums understand at a very practical level the differential value of Catholic higher education. The formation of professional connections cultivated throughout the experience only adds to that narrative! However, upon return to campus, as the years go by, the Collegium-high dims. Our Collegium-alum colleagues serving within our Holy Cross Higher Ed Network are asking for a Collegium booster-shot. For us, the time is now for a Collegium+Charism Retreat to re-energize our Collegium alums.
