Milestones

Keeping up with Collegium Alumni

Several Collegium alums are celebrating key achievements as a new academic year launches:

Board Chair Deborah Pembleton was promoted to Professor of Organizational Leadership, Policy & Development at College of St. Benedict/St. John’s University.

Jillian Tullis accepted an appointment as Associate Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences at University of San Diego.

Ursuline College’s Rosemarie Emanuele was accepted into the competitive PROCLAIM Program, which seeks to form Catholic women to be powerful preachers—perhaps not at Mass, but in retreats and prayer services. She hopes to use this experience to be a prophetic voice at her women-serving institution.

America, the Jesuit review of faith, politics and culture, published an article by University of the Incarnate Word English professor LuElla D’Amico, entitled The spiritual lessons of perimenopause: Women’s bodies and the seasons of life in the August 2025 issue.
